This is how it started...

Observation on First Day
Met zonal Commissioner sri Chakradar and reported the problem . He immediately called Sanitary inspector and asked him to arrange a dust bin at that place .
Sanitary Inspector cleaned the place and arranged a Dust bin.
But people found it hard to utilize the dust bin . sanitary workers took lite.

Visited the street on the next day and invited Zonal commissioner to have a look at the dump yard.
